Peter Mielcarek is the current CEO of Doyle Dickerson Terrazzo, Inc. Previously, Peter founded and served as CEO of Polcon Tile & Terrazzo, Inc. Peter has a Master of Science in Port Operations Management and a degree in Harbor and Marine Structures from the Maritime University of Szczecin. Throughout their career, Peter has successfully executed strategic business plans, tripled and doubled sales, expanded market reach, implemented organizational development, managed corporate finances, overseen corporate operations, managed talent acquisition, and delegated tasks to management teams.
