Siavash Bonakdar has a diverse work experience in software engineering and Android development. Siavash started their career as an Embedded Software Engineer Intern at Netburner Inc in 2009. Siavash then worked as a Software Engineer at Tandem Diabetes Care in 2010, followed by a role as an Embedded Software Engineer at Sotera Wireless, Inc from 2011 to 2013. Siavash then joined Nortek in 2013 as a Software Engineer and was responsible for embedded programming, GUI test software, and creating native Android apps. In 2014, they worked as an Android Developer at onloop before joining Panasonic Avionics Corporation in 2015 for an Android Developer role. From 2015 to 2016, Siavash worked as an Android Developer at HYFN. Siavash is currently working as a Software Engineer at Doximity since 2017.

Siavash Bonakdar completed their education with a Diploma in General Studies from Newport Harbor Highschool, from 1999 until 2001. Siavash later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Embedded Programming at San Diego State University, graduating in December 2009.
