Alixandra Schmetterer has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Alixandra is currently working as the Regional Vice President - Partnerships at Doximity, a professional network for physicians. Prior to this, they worked as the Innovation and Performance Program Manager at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing from 2019 to 2021. In 2018, they were a Business Development Manager at ClinOne, a startup SaaS company that focuses on accelerating clinical trials. Additionally, they have experience as the CEO/Founder of a health-tech growth consultancy, where they provided project-based growth consultant services and established partnerships with large payers and emerging healthtech companies. Before that, they had a year-long personal sabbatical where they backpacked through different continents. Alixandra'searlier experience includes working as an Account Executive at Real Staffing, where they specialized in commercial accounts within the San Francisco Biotech space and performed various roles, including business development, customer success, and executive headhunting.
