Darrel Krause possesses extensive experience in customer care and professional services, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services and previously as the Sr. Director of Customer Care at Doxim since August 2018. Additionally, Darrel has taken on the role of V.P. Customer Care at IDS.com, a leader in high-speed color print and secure e-document solutions, where duties began in February 2016. Since November 2015, Darrel has also been a partner at Mesa Tacos and Tequila, a restaurant known for its authentic Mexican cuisine. Darrel holds education credentials from Lawrence Technological University, having attended from 1986 to 1989.
