The Public Space Maintenance and Outreach team at Downtown Partnership of Baltimore is dedicated to ensuring Downtown remains an attractive, clean, and hospitable environment. This team comprises Clean Streets Ambassadors who pick up litter, maintain public areas, and operate cleaning equipment; Park Stewards who maintain and enhance green spaces; Downtown Baltimore Guides who assist and inform visitors; and Homeless Outreach Managers who provide support and resources to the homeless population. Under the leadership of the Senior Director, the team plays a crucial role in transforming public spaces and fostering a vibrant, welcoming community.
