Jana Sanders is an experienced professional in the music industry, currently serving as Workplace Manager & Operations Associate at Downtown Music since April 2024, where responsibilities include managing workplace environments and organizing employee engagement activities. Previously, Jana worked as an A&R at Downtown Artist & Label Services and served as Executive Assistant to the COO following the merger of DashGo with Downtown Music Publishing. Early career experiences include roles as an A&R/Marketing Intern at DashGo, Social Media Manager for Elusive Tiger, and various internships focused on artist development and marketing strategies. Jana holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry Studies from Loyola University New Orleans and has contributed to several organizations through leadership and advocacy.
