Doug Prude is an experienced professional in economic development and urban planning with a robust background in research, marketing, and sales. Currently serving as the Director of Economic Development and Opportunity at Downtown Dallas, Inc. since April 2016, Doug has held multiple positions within the organization, including Manager and Planning Analyst. Previous roles include Research Director at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, where Doug conducted extensive research and maintained vendor relationships, and Co-Chair of PARK(ing) Day Dallas. Doug's experience also encompasses planning internships and academic research at the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as sales and marketing roles at various companies. Doug holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning and a BBA in Marketing.
