Dean Francis is an experienced music industry professional currently serving as General Manager at Downtown Neighbouring Rights since June 2020 and as Senior Manager of Neighboring Rights at Downtown Music since May 2018. Previously, Dean worked at PPL for thirteen years as a Performer Royalty Account Manager, providing account management services to high-profile artists and maximizing royalty collections both in the UK and internationally. Dean has established strong relationships with numerous successful musicians and their representatives, including management teams and legal firms. Dean holds a degree in Sociology and Cultural Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London, and is an alumnus of Latymer Upper School in Hammersmith, London.
