Kaylia Austin has extensive experience in education, having served as a teacher at Downingtown Area School District since August 2008, where courses taught include Digital Photography and various levels of Graphic Communications and Manufacturing, as well as Introduction to Engineering. Prior experience includes a role in the Upper Darby School District teaching Graphic Communication and Energy and Power, and a position as a Technology Education Teacher at Greencastle-Antrim School District, where courses encompassed Introduction to Technology and Architectural Design. Additionally, Kaylia Austin worked at Millersville University from 2004 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Teacher Education from Millersville University, earned in 2005.
