Dalton Hatch is a Quality/Continuous Improvement Engineer at Downing since April 2024. Prior to that role, Dalton worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at ATC Drivetrain from February 2023 to May 2024, where responsibilities included executing statistical testing protocols to qualify new manufacturing tools and performing Gauge R&R tests. At Johnson Controls from November 2020 to February 2023, Dalton led the integration of new HVAC products and efficiently managed engineering project deployments. Earlier experience includes serving as an Order Fulfillment Associate at The Home Depot and as an Industrial Engineer at Mouser Electronics, where Dalton applied lean manufacturing methodologies. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, earned in May 2020.
