DFEO is a non-profit, providing before and after-school enrichment programs for Downey Unified School District's TK-8th grade students. DFEO's ACCESS Programs provide an academically enriching, health-conscious, and safe environment dedicated to developing youth voice and leadership, active and engaged learning opportunities, and enhancing social-emotional growth of program participants. The purpose of the Foundation is to expand on its mission of "Empowering students by providing equitable, affordable, and accessible enrichment programs that expand their interests, talents, confidence, and independence," with the ultimate goal of realizing our vision of "Preparing Students for Success."
