Jim Barnett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Team Leader at Downer since December 2022, Jim has previously held multiple positions at the Department of Communities WA, including Project Manager and Property Services Team Leader from November 2016 to December 2022. Jim has successfully led teams overseeing property services across numerous suburbs and managed significant housing stimulus projects during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience at Hawke International included roles in project management and sales engineering, with proficiencies in operational efficiency and safety standards. Jim holds several diplomas in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrotechnology, and Public Services from Tameside College and Hyde Clarendon College.
