Brad Goostrey is an experienced professional in governance, risk management, and project controls, currently serving as the Governance, Risk & Reporting Manager for the Queensland Train Manufacturing Project (QTMP) at Downer since April 2023. Prior to this role, Brad held positions at Alstom as Planning Manager and Bids Planner for the NGT and QTMP projects, contributing to the development of project frameworks and tracking schedules. Brad's extensive experience includes roles at Op2, Bombardier Inc., Aurizon, Ipswich City Council, and several contracting roles, where responsibilities encompassed project scheduling, risk management, and implementation of reporting tools. With a solid foundation in technical training from the Royal Australian Air Force, Brad has developed strong expertise in portfolio management, project visualization, and Earned Value analysis throughout a diverse career spanning multiple industries.
