Fiona MacAulay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior executive and non-executive roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Independent Director at FERREXPO PLC and holding non-executive director positions at Chemring, Costain Group PLC, Dowlais Group plc, and EPI Group, Fiona also contributed as Non-Executive Chair and Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at Independent Oil & Gas plc until May 2023. Prior roles include a position on the Exploration Advisory Board for Vedanta Resources Plc and leadership as Chief Executive Officer at Rockhopper Exploration PLC. Fiona holds a BSc in Geology from UCL and an MSc in Sedimentology from the University of Reading, complementing significant operational and technical expertise in the oil and gas industry.
