Monica Tamparillas serves as the Global Improvement Leader for Dow's Home and Personal Care business since January 2019, demonstrating a strong background in chemical engineering and leadership. Previously, Monica held the position of Production & Site Leader at DowDuPont from June 2016 to December 2018, overseeing the Cellosize unit and the Zwijndrecht site in Belgium. Monica's extensive tenure at The Dow Chemical Company began in July 2001, featuring roles such as Business Engineering Management Sponsor and Improvement Leader, Senior Improvement Engineer, and Production Coordinator & Quality Engineer, among others. With a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza and completion of the Leadership Development program at INSEAD, Monica combines technical expertise with leadership acumen.
