Elisabetta Caldara has over 35 years of experience in customer service and commercial roles, primarily with Dow since November 1985, where Elisabetta currently serves as a Commercial Excellence Specialist for EMEAI. Throughout their career at Dow, Elisabetta has held various leadership positions including Customer Service Team Leader for multiple regions and roles in quality management. Responsibilities have included coordinating customer service teams, driving business strategies, and implementing quality management systems across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Prior to joining Dow, Elisabetta worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Upjohn Polymers.
