Aline de Oliveira serves as the Global Head of External Manufacturing at Dow since January 2023, following a comprehensive tenure at Dow spanning over a decade. Aline held various key positions, including Plant Manager, overseeing the Jundiaí Site, and played significant roles as Latin America Learning Lead and Continuous Improvement Lead, achieving notable cost savings and implementing training standards. Aline's earlier career includes positions at INVISTA as a Process and Quality Engineer and internships at Procter & Gamble and Technische Universität Dresden, contributing to significant projects in process optimization and materials science. Aline holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and an MBA in Project Management from Ibmec.
