Krystal Moore Cole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and project management within the engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Dover Corporation since February 2022, Krystal previously conducted technical recruiting at Toshiba International Corporation from October 2019 to February 2022. With a strong foundation in project management at Toshiba, Krystal managed portfolios exceeding $40 million in the oil and gas and water waste sectors, and successfully led cross-functional teams in various capacities, including Product Manager and Product Specialist. Krystal began the career as a Field Engineer and has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, complemented by a role as a Student Researcher during the academic tenure.
