Terry Taillard serves as the Board Chair for DoveLewis Emergency Animal Hospital, a vital non-profit organization providing 24-hour emergency pet care in the Portland area since May 2015. With a background in human resources, Terry held the position of VP of Human Resources for the West Division at Frito-Lay, Inc. from January 2010 to July 2018. Terry's academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Oregon (1999-2001) and a BA in Psychology from The University of Akron (1975-1979).
