Lawrence Kirkley Jr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management. Currently serving as President of Dousman Transport Co Inc since 2020, Kirkley previously held various senior management positions in the United States Air Force from April 2010 to September 2022, including Senior Manager, Operations Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Kirkley holds a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership-Business from Liberty University, earned between 2017 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from American Military University. Additionally, Kirkley possesses two Associate of Applied Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, one in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and the other in Police Science.
