Marie Mackay has extensive experience in employee engagement, stakeholder relations, and communications, primarily at NRS Dounreay, where Marie has worked since March 1989 in various roles, including Employee Engagement Specialist and Communications Officer. Previously, Marie served as School Liaison at The North Highland College UHI from June 2015 to March 2020 and was the Regional Manager for the North of Scotland at the National Skills Academy for Nuclear from 2010 to 2013. Marie's career began as an Accountants Assistant at Reid & Fraser Accountants from December 1986 to March 1989.
