Nicholas Olson, MBA, has extensive experience in project management and process improvement, holding various managerial positions at Tennant Company, including Project and Process Improvement Manager for EWM Project, Product Lifecycle Management, and Machine Configuration Project, as well as Continuous Improvement Manager and Material Handling Supervisor. Additionally, Nicholas served as Operations Manager at Gallerystone and worked as a Regenerative Farmer at Plain Farms. Currently functioning as a Program Manager and Industrial Engineer at Douglas Machine Inc., Nicholas also possesses a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Auburn University.
