Katya Demina is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Sales Associate with Douglas Elliman Real Estate since October 2024, part of the top-ranked Eklund Gomes team, Katya co-founded PROFILEmiami in April 2016. Previous positions include Development Associate at Royal Palm Companies from March 2020 to October 2024, where responsibilities encompassed acquisitions, market analysis, and project management, as well as Principal at Altara Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in off-market and development properties from November 2020 to September 2024. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Spectrum Realty Group LLC and as an Event Producer at Bisnow, facilitating commercial real estate conferences. Katya earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in 2018.
