Benjamin Watson is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse background in marketing, project management, and development. Currently serving as Vice President of New Developments for Douglas Elliman Real Estate since 2021, Watson has previously held significant roles including Senior Project Director at Fairstead and Director of Leasing at DMG Investments LLC. Watson's extensive experience in marketing and corporate branding includes strategic oversight of marketing processes at HAP Investments LLC, where responsibilities spanned from internal branding to managing foreign investor relations and project marketing. With prior roles at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and The Corcoran Group, Watson possesses a deep understanding of residential real estate operations and relationship management. Watson holds a Bachelor's Degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and completed studies at New York University.
