Robert Pasicznyuk is the Executive Director at Douglas County Libraries, where they have led the organization since 2014. With over three decades of leadership across public, academic, and business library platforms, they have demonstrated expertise in project management and technology. Previously, Robert served as the Director at Cedar Rapids Public Library and as an Information Technology Officer at Pikes Peak Library District, where they helped transition libraries to the digital age. They hold a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems and Library Science from the University of North Texas, alongside other advanced degrees.
