Sara E. Hawkinson, M.S. HRM, is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at DoubleStar, Inc. since March 2022, Sara executes high-volume recruitment programs tailored to clients' staffing needs. Prior to this role, Sara was the Recruiting Manager at Philadelphia Nanny Network from October 2020 to March 2022, overseeing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of household staffing positions across multiple states. Sara also worked as a Human Resources Consultant for LIFE Behavior Consulting & Metro-Atlanta Vocational Solutions, LLC, managing the entire HR function and recruitment for specialized roles in mental health and rehabilitation. Earlier career experiences include positions in business development and client services at American Heritage Federal Credit Union and Morgan Stanley, respectively. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Holy Family University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
