Joseph Gronski, Jr. is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in production management and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Cup Forming Department Manager at Double H Plastics, Inc. since July 2015, Joseph oversees production, safety, and quality goals in a three-shift environment. Previously, Joseph worked as a Technical Advisor and Production Manager at Pactiv, LLC, where responsibilities included managing a large team and facilitating departmental transitions after a company acquisition. Additionally, Joseph held leadership roles at SMGK Enterprises as Managing General Partner and co-owned Harrison Avenue Travel. Joseph also has extensive experience at Dopaco, Inc., managing operations in the Cup and Thermoforming Departments and leading significant expansions and equipment installations. Joseph is an alumnus of the University of Phoenix.
