Oana Blaga is a researcher at dotLumen, focusing on technology that enhances the lives of the blind, and serves as a member of the WHO Technical Advisory Group on Behavioural and Cultural Insights. Oana also holds positions as Adjunct Faculty at Michigan State University and Director at the Center for Health Policy and Public Health. At BabeÈ™-Bolyai University, Oana is an Assistant Professor and has been involved in public health research since 2018. Previously, Oana worked as the Romanian National Focal Point for Behavioural and Cultural Insights at the WHO Regional Office for Europe and has held various research roles at Babes-Bolyai University. Oana earned a PhD in Political Sciences from Babes-Bolyai University and has additional educational qualifications in social sciences and communication.
