Ahmad Jelokhani is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in database administration, service desk supervision, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Database Administrator and Service Desk Supervisor at Dotin since March 2014, Ahmad has previously held positions at Sharif University of Technology, where responsibilities included administrative duties, and at Samanehaye Hoshmande Nasle Sevom as a Software Support specialist. Earlier career experience includes working as a Network Passive Designer at Pishgaman Shabake Paytakht. Ahmad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Azad University (IAU), obtained between 2011 and 2013, as well as an Associate's degree in the same field from Azad University (IAU), earned from 2004 to 2007.
