Yudai Shimbo has been working in the software engineering field since 2011. Yudai began their career at NEC Solution Innovators, Ltd. as a Software Engineer. In 2019, they moved to dotData, where they held the roles of Director of Engineering and Senior Software Engineer.

Yudai Shimbo obtained a Ph.D. in Engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology, specializing in Molecular Biophysics, between 2006 and 2011.
