Lena Recktenwald currently serves as Referentin Nachhaltigkeit at the Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund (DOSB) since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lena worked at Sky Media GmbH, where responsibilities included serving as Manager Digital Ad Operations from May 2020 to September 2023 and as Junior Manager Air-Time Planning from November 2019 to January 2020. Lena's earlier experience includes positions as a Working Student at Sports Media Network and Russell Reynolds Associates, an Intern at Match IQ GmbH, and involvement in event management with SportsWork. Additionally, Lena has worked as a Student Research Assistant at Klinikum Rechts Der Isar and as a Research Assistant at the Technical University of Munich. Academically, Lena holds a Master in Management and a Bachelor of Science in the Scientific Foundations of Sports from the Technical University of Munich, along with ongoing education in Sustainable Business at the University of Bremen.
