Cathleen Dahl is an experienced legal professional specializing in trademark law with over fifteen years of expertise in managing domestic and international trademark portfolios across various industries, including retail, food and beverage, banking, consumer products, and medical products. Currently serving as an Associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since February 2015, Cathleen focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and the strategic development of global trademark portfolios, along with preparation and negotiation of intellectual property agreements. Prior roles include serving as an E-Discovery Litigation Attorney and Contract Attorney, as well as holding significant paralegal positions at reputable law firms, strengthening proficiency in trademark matters. Cathleen earned a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Olaf College.
