Leigha VanderKlok is an Embedded Software Engineer II at DornerWorks since August 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating the security review of an embedded Linux system on an FPGA design and representing the company at industry conferences. Previously, Leigha served as an Embedded Systems Engineering Intern at DornerWorks, where interaction with customers helped determine project objectives, and contributed to project security enhancements using the Xen hypervisor. Experience also includes a Technical Internship at GE Aviation focused on Six Sigma and LEAN manufacturing principles, a Controls Engineering Internship at Adient involving programming for manufacturing equipment, and a role as a Bakery Clerk at Meijer. Leigha holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Grand Valley State University.
