Juan Andrés Arias is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the access control solutions industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Access Control Solutions at dormakaba since January 2022, Juan Andrés has previously held significant roles including Senior Vice President for markets in the UK, BeNeLux, and Sub-Saharan Africa at dormakaba UK & Ireland, and General Manager at dormakaba España S.A.U. Prior experience includes a tenure as Regional Manager for Southern Europe with Kaba, where responsibilities encompassed market organizations across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, along with budget and P&L oversight. Juan Andrés holds an engineering degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, obtained between 1990 and 1996.
