As Chief Executive Officer at Refresh Mental Health and Co-Founder & VP of Business Development at RiverMend Health, Steven demonstrated a strong commitment to growth in the mental health field. Steven's legal background includes serving as Deputy Solicitor General for the Florida Attorney General and a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Florida. Steven's educational achievements include a J.D. from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, a Master's in Public Health from the University of Florida, and a Master's in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
