Stephanie Morales is currently the Director of Engineering Talent Strategy at DoorDash, a position held since July 2022, where responsibilities include partnering with the engineering teams. Previously, Stephanie served as Senior Director and Head of Human Resources at Barstool Sports from September 2019 to February 2022 and as Director of Human Resources at Refinery29, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Vice Media Group. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Bustle and HR Generalist at VICE Media, among others. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University and has pursued Individualized Study at New York University.
