Troy Groenke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social impact, venture philanthropy, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as Managing Partner at ClearImpact Group, Troy focuses on helping mission-driven businesses and nonprofits enhance their social impact. As Chief Operating Officer at Dooner Social Ventures, Troy engages in impact investing and consulting for social startups. Prior to these roles, Troy was Managing Partner at MPLS Consulting, providing fractional leadership and business development support, and held various key positions including Managing Partner of the Steven Tarrson Impact Investment Fund and Vice President of Marketing at Urban Ventures Leadership Foundation. Troy has also founded a music industry startup and contributed strategic planning initiatives at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Chicago and a BA from Macalester College.
