Keri Stephens has a diverse work experience in leadership roles and market research. Keri is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Dooley Social Studio since 2018. Previously, they were the Vice President of Breakthrough Ideas at The Garage Group from April 2016 to May 2018. Keri'sresponsibilities included leading ideation, strategy, and initiative projects for clients, as well as identifying and retaining talent. Before that, from February 2015 to April 2016, they worked as an Innovation and Growth Strategist at The Garage Group, where they led innovation, brand architecture, and ideation projects.
Prior to their roles at The Garage Group, Keri had a long tenure at Procter & Gamble, starting as an Associate Manager of Market Research for the Pharmaceutical Division in June 2006. Keri was promoted to Research Manager after two years and later served in several managerial positions, including Manager of Market Research for the Walmart Customer Team from March 2009 to March 2012, Manager of Market Research for the Family Care Division from March 2012 to August 2013, and Senior Manager of Market Research for Global Feminine Care from August 2013 to February 2015. During their time at Procter & Gamble, Keri was responsible for leading teams, conducting market analysis, developing brand equity, and driving consumer wins in the market. Keri also played a significant role in the qualification and development of Always' viral video campaign, #LikeAGirl, which gained over 75 million views globally.
Keri Stephens attended Saint Ursula Academy from 1999 to 2002, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they enrolled at Xavier University - Williams College of Business in 2002 and graduated in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and Marketing.
