Juan Luis García Chávez is an experienced technology professional with a background in software development and leadership. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Improving since May 2021, García Chávez previously held positions as a Senior Java Developer at Integrass and a Senior Java Fullstack Developer at UST Global, where expertise in front-end and back-end web application development using J2EE was demonstrated. Prior roles include a development position at Sistemas Premium, S.A. de C.V., focusing on high availability and scalable solutions.
