Sonal Pansari has extensive work experience in a variety of roles. In 2012, they worked as a Financial Advisor at ICICI Bank. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Gokul Steels Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for driving and monitoring operational excellence initiatives in the business operations. In 2015, they founded DoneThing, an on-demand same day, one-stop bikeable solution for individual, SMEs, home entrepreneurs, and corporates for outsourcing their last mile deliveries.

Sonal Pansari has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, which they completed in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2010.
