Dearbhla Kelly is an experienced Employment Liaison Officer at Donegal ETB, focusing on employment engagement in Further Education and Training since January 2018. With a career spanning over two decades, Dearbhla has served as a Careers Advisor and Executive Coach, authoring the book "Career Coach" in 2016 and delivering workshops on Career Management Skills. Additionally, Dearbhla has held roles as a Master Trainer in the Winning New Opportunities program and as an Adult Guidance Counsellor, providing support and guidance to adults and students alike. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the Lions Club Letterkenny. Dearbhla's academic credentials include a Higher Diploma in Guidance and Counselling and ongoing studies in Human Givens Psychotherapy, alongside degrees in Sociology and Environmental and Asian Studies.
