Ronda Horstman currently serves as the Chief Recovery Services Officer at Solvita since September 2023. Previously, Ronda held significant leadership roles at the American Association of Tissue Banks, including Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Governors, Chair, and Chair-Elect. Ronda is also a Board Member of Donate Life America since April 2020. Prior experience includes Vice President of Recovery Partner Services at Community Tissue Services and Vice President of Donor Services at CryoLife, Inc., among other positions. Ronda's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Medical Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate's degree in Surgical Technology from Tarrant County College.
