Muntsa Cervera has extensive experience in the care and management of residential and educational facilities. Currently serving as the Responsable Atenció al Client zone Catalunya and Directora tècnica at DomusVi España since February 2018, Muntsa Cervera oversees comprehensive center management, including human resources and compliance. Previous roles include Directora tècnica at Can Comelles, Directora at Residencial Sant Gervasi Parc, where responsibilities included opening procedures and service planning, and Directora tècnica at Llar per a gent gran Doctor Gómez, where an emphasis was placed on quality resident care and team leadership. Muntsa Cervera began their career as a tutor at Escola Bressol Municipla "Les Caragolinetes", focusing on early childhood education. Academic qualifications include a Licenciatura in Pedagogia from Universitat de Barcelona, a Postgraduate degree in management of gerontological centers from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and ongoing studies in psychology at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
