Matthew Stevens possesses extensive experience in the paper manufacturing industry, currently serving as Production Manager FPM at Domtar since March 2012, where previous roles also included H2 Paper Machine Superintendent and H1 Paper Machine Superintendent. Prior to Domtar, Matthew worked at Smart Papers, LLC Hamilton Mill from February 2002 to March 2012, holding various managerial positions, including Operations Manager and Production Manager, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effective process improvements. Earlier career roles at International Paper and Champion International provided foundational expertise in operations and engineering. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Paper Science and Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Certificate of Leadership & Management from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
