Melissa Aguinaldo is a dedicated professional with a background in industrial and organizational psychology and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Assessment and Analytics Intern at the Chicago Transit Authority since November 2022, Melissa also holds a Human Resources Intern position at Dom's Kitchen & Market, which began in July 2022. In addition to these roles, Melissa has been contributing as a Service Learning Coordinator at DePaul University since December 2019 and previously worked as an Inclusion Aide at Northwest Special Recreation Association from June 2018 to January 2020. Melissa Aguinaldo earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University in June 2023 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution in June 2022.
