Etani R. Fajardo has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. In 2010, they started as an Account Services Intern at Grupo Gallegos. In 2011, they worked at Carling Communications, where they served as a Traffic Coordinator, Associate Account Executive, and later as an Account Executive. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Production Manager at Audacity | marketing + advertising for health and science brands. In 2014, they joined Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Marketing Manager in the Ophthalmology department, later transitioning to the role of Director of Client Relations. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Ethis Inc., initially as an Executive Director of Business Development and then as the Executive Vice President / General Manager (EVP/GM). Currently, since 2021, they hold multiple positions at Dompé, including Senior Product Manager, Associate Director, and Director in the HCP Marketing division for Oxervate brand.

Etani R. Fajardo graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication & Spanish. In 2009, they also studied Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at the Universidad de Sevilla. Prior to attending university, Etani R. Fajardo attended Torrey Pines High School.
