Olivier Garcia possesses extensive experience in property management and real estate governance, currently serving as Directeur Agate syndic social de Domofrance since 2005. Responsibilities include safeguarding the heritage interests of co-owned buildings, developing work plans and budgets, and managing personnel in rehabilitation projects of up to 300 housing units. Prior roles at Domofrance encompassed handling legal, accounting, and financial audits, as well as implementing corrective actions. Additionally, Olivier Garcia is an elected member of the Board of Directors for Association QualiSR and holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from Université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4, complemented by legal training from the Institut d'études judiciaires.
