Carl Busuttil-Reynaud has had a diverse range of work experience in the technology and engineering industry. Carl began their career at Raymarine in 1994 and worked there until 2008, holding the role of Engineering Reliability Manager. Following this, they joined Navico UK Ltd as a Technical Product Manager from 2008 to 2010. Currently, they serve as the Director of Hardware Development at Domino Printing Sciences, where they focus on finding innovative solutions and creating new opportunities.

Carl Busuttil-Reynaud earned a BEng 2.1 (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering with Aero from the University of Bath between the years 1984 to 1988.
