Mike Williams is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Dominion since January 2024. Previously, Mike was a Partner at Collas Crill from May 2017 to January 2024, specializing in corporate practice, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate migrations, restructurings, joint ventures, and various financial practices. Prior to that, Mike held the position of Partner at Mourant Ozannes, focusing on banking and finance, corporate governance, and joint ventures. Early career experience includes Associate roles at Clifford Chance and Allens, concentrating on banking and finance. Mike holds an LLB in Law and Accounting from the University of Canberra, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Australian National University, and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Business Law from Curtin University.
