Vince Wessling has over two decades of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Operations Instructor and Unit Supervisor at Dominion Energy since 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and maintenance of a 900 MWe power plant and directing control room staff under NRC authority. Prior to this role, Wessling worked at Northeast Utilities as a Supervisor of Organizational Effectiveness from 1997 to 2009, managing various station programs and collaborating with senior executives and regulatory bodies. Wessling's career began in the US Navy, where service as a Chief Electrician's Mate on submarines spanned nearly two decades, focusing on the supervision of reactor propulsion plants and safety-related electrical equipment. Wessling holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College.
